1. Camping fee is for a family of 5 only (living in your household (2 adults and up to 3 children)). All visitors must register and pay at the office before entering the campground. Visitor fee is $1.00.  Swimming $2.00. If they stay overnight it's another $2.00.
2. By state law, only one car per campsite. This will be strictly enforced.
3. All pets must be kept on a leash and no pets in the rec. building or the rest rooms please.
4. No motor bike riding allowed on campground property at any time.
5. Bicycles must be put up when dusk to dawn lights come on. Bikes aren't allowed at any time on the hill in front of the rec.building.
6. All trash is to be tied securely in bags and placed in dumpsters at the south end of the playground, and by the rec. building on the hill. Please don't put bags on top of the dumpsters.Children under the age of 13 won't be allowed to take trash to the dumpsters as they aren't tall enough to raise the lids. We won't pay to have your old lawn furniture and tires hauled away. We will pay for bagged trash only.
7. Absolutely no electric heaters, heat strips or electric water heaters. We don't pay for your heat If you choose to use these you will be charged accordingly.
8. Pool hours: 7 days a week is 10:00a.m. to 8:00p.m.. Regular swim wear only!! No cottongarments, sun tan oil or lotion will be allowed in the pool.
9. L.p. gas: gas may be purchased from the office from 9:00a.m. to 5:00p.m. only and must bepaid for prior to tank being filled.
10. All phone calls will be posted at the office. We don't take calls to the campground unless it's an extreme emergeny.
11. Seasonal fees may be paid in full upon opening of the campground, or monthly payments must be made with final payment in full by July 4th or penalties will be charged.
12. Seasonal lots must be kept mowed. No outside refrigerators or outside buildings.Improvements are great, but must be approved by the owner before doing them. This includes hauling in gravel for sidewalks, fire rings, or patios. Also building decks or any to the above with wood or gravel becomes a permanent part of that lot.
13. Parents, you are responsible for supervision of your children in the campground, rec.building, and at the pool. Your child must be 13 years old to be at the pool alone or they must have someone 18 or older with them at all times. Please, don't send your small children to the rest rooms alone.
14. Cars or motor bikes aren't allowed to be washed in the campground.
 15. Laundry isn't to be hung on your lot. (Towels only) there is a line up by the laundry room if you wish to use it.
 16. Check in and check out time is 1:00 p.m.. If you wish to come in or leave before or after this time you will be charged half the daily rate. Please check with the office before you decide to stay.
 17. There will be no refunds of seasonal, monthly, weekly, or daily lot fees or deposits.
 18. If you have any complaints, please discuss them with Mike & Ellen and not your neighbor.
  We appreciate all of you, and without you we couldn't be here. We try very hard to make Mar-brook a beautiful and fun place to camp, if you have any suggestions about any new activities, please let us know. We are very proud of Mar-brooks beauty and appreciate you in helping us to keeping it that way.
